Dream Path Strategies helps mission-driven organizations turn ideas into action, especially when they're growing, changing, or taking on something new.

I bring together strategy, research, program leadership, and operations to help teams set priorities, organize complex work, and keep it moving. The approach is practical and collaborative, grounded in what organizations actually have the time, people, and resources to carry forward. 

I also help manage projects, budgets, timelines, and partner relationships with care and consistency, helping teams stay focused, organized, and aligned as work moves forward.

Why this work exists

Good organizations don't always need another big strategy. Sometimes they need extra capacity, a clearer plan, or someone who can see across the work and help connect the pieces.

Funders face a related challenge: how to support grantees without adding more burden.

Dream Path Strategies works in that space, helping organizations turn resources, ideas, and good intentions into work that is realistic and doable.
